CHRISTIAN CONGREGATION IN THE UNITED STATES
SECTOR 3 - MD, OH, VA, NC
Concerning COVID-19 March 14, 2020
LETTER TO THE MINISTRY AND BRETHREN
Dear Brethren in Christ Jesus,
May the Peace of God reign in your hearts!
The Council of Elders in Sector 3 in the Northeast Region, are closely following the global events concerning COVID-19. For the continued safety of our brethren, our community, and our families, we have felt the need to take additional precautions that will be effective immediately. All Divine Services in the states of Maryland, Ohio, Virginia, and North Carolina will be suspended until further review on March 30th 2020.
We are grateful to God for His providence during this time and continue to encourage the brethren to remember God’s Word in Philippians 4:7 “And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”
The Peace of God and the Grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with us all.
Your brothers in Christ Jesus,
Roberto Barreto, Jefferson Teixeira, Jorge Calegari, Agnaldo Gouvea, Natalino Camargo, Edson Santos
